Sara Bagley

Associate

Sara practices corporate, intellectual property, and transactional law at HBA; focusing primarily in the fashion, lifestyle, media, and technology industries. Her practice focuses on legal research and litigation preparation, intellectual property disputes, and corporate transactions, as well as outside general counsel work. In law school, Sara was a staff editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law and a member of the Black Allied Law Student Association. She was a research assistant for Professor Kim Taylor-Thompson and worked with Professor Seth Endo as a teaching assistant for the year-long Lawyering Program. She was a student advocate for two of NYU’s legal clinics with the ACLU; the Racial Justice Clinic and the Challenging Mass Incarceration Clinic. Additionally, Sara played on an intramural flag football team while at NYU Law for the Student Lawyers Athletic Program.
