Russell practices corporate, intellectual property and transactional law at HBA. His practice focuses on corporate transactions including venture capital investments, financings and mergers and acquisitions as well as outside general counsel work, primarily in the fashion, lifestyle and technology industries. Prior to joining HBA, Russell practiced corporate law at Gunderson, Dettmer, Stough, Villeneuve, Franklin & Hachigian LLP and real estate law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. In law school, Russell chaired the OUTLaw LGBT Students Association and worked with Jeanne Fromer as a teaching assistant for Contract Law and as a research assistant for Intellectual Property Law.
