Marc Reiner

Marc Reiner’s current practice includes litigation and counseling in the areas of trademarks, copyrights, false advertising, cybersquatting, design patents, and violations of the rights of privacy and publicity.  Marc also specializes in employment law matters, including advising on matters involving wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination, non-competition provisions, employment agreements, and employee handbooks.  In addition, Marc advises clients on data security and privacy matters, as well as acting as outside general counsel and representing clients in general litigation matters.

Marc’s personal interests include snowboarding, waterskiing, listening to Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band, rooting for the New York Knicks, New York Mets, Yale Bulldogs, and Michigan Wolverines.
