Nikta Daijavad is an Associate at HBA. Her practice focuses on corporate and transactional law, including venture capital investments, financings and mergers and acquisitions, as well as outside general counsel work, primarily in the fashion, lifestyle, media and technology industries. Prior to joining HBA, Nikta practiced corporate law focusing on capital markets transactions at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
