Kathey Guo is a Partner at HBA. Ms. Guo’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Guo also works as outside general counsel for a variety of clients in different industries, including fashion, lifestyle and technology.
Prior to joining HBA, Ms. Guo worked in the New York offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Shearman & Sterling.
