Nikta practices corporate and transactional law at HBA, as well as outside general counsel work, primarily in the fashion, lifestyle, media and technology industries. Prior to joining HBA, Nikta practiced corporate law focusing on capital markets transactions at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
