He has 20 years of sophisticated litigation experience covering the full range of business disputes, including breaches of contract, business torts, class actions, consumer protection, government investigations, intellectual property, non-competition, and products liability. Mr. Michaels represents clients from an array of industries, such as consumer products, food and beverage, fashion and lifestyle, technology, healthcare, and financial services. He has successfully represented high-profile clients in significant litigation matters, including Tropicana, Tyco, Eli Lilly, Glaxo Smith-Kline and Bristol Myers Squibb.
Mr. Michaels brings creativity and practicality to all matters he handles and has dedicated his practice to assisting business clients develop comprehensive strategies to avoid litigation when possible, and to succeed in litigation when necessary.
