Justin Pollak


Justin Pollak regularly counsels venture capital and angel investors with a particular focus on seed and venture financings. He is a trusted advisor to the firm’s clients in their investments across a broad range of industries, including fintech, fashion, social and digital media, e-commerce, enterprise software, network security and biotechnology.

In addition, Justin represents emerging and high growth companies in transactions through all stages of their development and serves as an “outside general counsel” to many of the firm’s clients. He frequently advises on incorporation and organizational matters, venture capital investments, general corporate strategy, venture debt transactions, strategic investments, complex commercial transactions, founder liquidity transactions, employment matters and sale transactions. Justin also counsels clients in mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance matters.

Outside of the office, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, watching New York sports and finding the best burger in NYC.
